A Week of Wellness

Reminder - wellness is important! I know it's hard to find time for us, but why don't you try doing a little something everyday. Here are a few ideas to get you started:

  • Monday - Head outside for a walk for 20 minutes or so

  • Tuesday - Catch up on your favourite Podcast

  • Wednesday - Try journaling for 15 minutes

  • Thursday - Have a scroll-free evening

  • Friday - Try cooking a new recipe

  • Saturday - Enjoy a coffee date with your bestie

  • Sunday - Get into bed an hour earlier than usual
