5 Minutes of Self-Care

Self care is easier than you think and it doesn't involve a spa day - but if you can afford one I would recommend you try one at least once! It's so easy for us to get through the week without having a minute to ourselves so why don't you spend 5 minutes on some self care and take some time for YOU! Self care can be the smallest thing and some ideas are below:

  • Make your bed when you get up

  • Sit down and drink some water, or a coffee!

  • Journal the things you are grateful for

  • Make yourself a tasty breakfast

  • Text your bestie, or give them a call

  • Step outside for some fresh air

Remember - self care isn't selfish, you are allowed to look after yourself and prioritise you 💕
